ALOHA Kids!
Time for some PNG-inspired goodies!

so talo.... you wait no longer! :)

Jentiki-yay! it's been a while since I've seen a lot of these fellows!
They seem to fly off to new homes almost as fast as they are created!
"the Greeting" is still one of my faves! Glad it brings you smiles a lot!

tyger jymmy-right arm...

Now it's time for PNG part One...
it's part One because there is a LOT!
this presentation below
had me stopping at the file "Arrival Studies"
in the A's!
(of course ,there was a PNG monkeypod and PNG sketchbook folders up top)

Anyways...Here they are...
First the Monkeypods!
These had long titles that i never committed to memory
usually naming the inspiration for it and locale...
So if you own one-you know the inspiration
everyone else...just enjoy what you can.
Some of these MAY still be at the Freaky Boutiki
or at Tiki Lee's Vegas room
awaiting a loving owner
just not sure...
there are so many!

and now for some drawings...

"Agiba Skullrack"
ink and tissue paper stain on watercolor paper

and some random sketchbook entries..

"the Apparition"
gouache on wood
private collection

"the Arrival"
acrylic and paintpen on canvas
private collection

Here's the original study
"the Arrival"
ink and sharpie and bleachpen on watercolor paper

Seeing as these Tropical Visitors
used a hi-tech form of transportation
I figgered the natives would begin to carve and incorporate their vehicles into their own art.....

Here's the many studies for this piece...

and remember fellow artists...
doing your research and doing studies
isn't just for kids anymore!
:)

Hope y'alls enjoy these as much as i enjoyed cookin em up!
Thank you, native genius Papua New Guinea peoples!
