Since then, Kevan and henchman Galyn have graciously assembled and manned it each year for our Hilo Lei Day Festival. It is made from locally grown bamboo and salvaged lumber. Pix show it in progress and in use. Not nearly as elaborate as what you folks are building, but it all fits into a small pickup, can be assembled by one person, and is easy to decorate!
