The lamp isn't very old. I would guess early 2000s. There is one almost identical on eBay but it doesn't list the maker. I have a very similar table lamp and there is no maker mark on that either. Mine has a sticker of the who sold it (Aloha Gifts From Hawaii) but I found them online and it doesn't appear they sell motion lamps any longer. The good news is that since it is a newer lamp, finding a replacement motor may not be so difficult. There may be a part number on the motor even. Good luck.
