Ocean view Motel just past that.Both are dumpy, but it's within stumbling distance. The Sinatra is nicer, but not quite walking distance

I stayed here last month and the rooms were fine. Breakfast was lame, but still a good hotel. About 15 minute walk.

Don't expect luxury diggs, though. Ocean View is kind of sub Motel 6. I booked a room at the Sanatra through expedia. A little more, but a much nicer hotel.
