Print out page three and four back to back
Cut off the excess paper then fold in half placing pages three and four inside one and two with passport cover on the outside and staple in the middle.

WooHooo! Tiki Oasis is just around the corner....It's time to get ready for The Room Crawl

For those of you whom have done this before, what more can we say except “get ready to get your drink on!”?

For those of you “crawl virgins”, here’s the deal: We have “Hosts” and “Crawlers”. Hosts will open up their rooms to the masses and ply their special concoctions on those brave(or lucky) enough to try them. Some hosts have been doing this for years, so you may be in for a real treat! Other hosts will be working on their first creations and may or may not have a drink that’ll stay down. That’s the fun of it! You never know what to expect other than every host will do their most!

Now Crawlers have responsibilities of their own! First and foremost is to be courteous to the hosts! Remember, you are their guests! Secondly, it is fair to say that the hosts will have ponied up a small fortune to make sure they have the ingredients to make your drinks. Tipping is a way to help the host defray the costs….YOUR GENEROSITY IS ENCOURAGED!

PM Me (WooHooWahine)with the day and time of your Room Crawl if you are interested in hosting a room party. We will post the hosts and their libations as they come in.

All Crawlers Must be Tiki Oasis guests with wristbands. If you want to be a Crawler post your name on this forum.

If you have been involved with a room crawl before, then you know how much fun they are! It’s a great way to meet people and try out a new drink (or ten!) If this is your first time, then you are also in for a great time.

Please add me and Mrs. Chippy to the list of crawlers. As this is our first TIKI O, I guess you could consider us virgins. (Yikes!)

If you are new to crawling...we have a saying "PACE YOURSELF" cause the drinks will sneak up on you. Be sure you eat something so you aren't drinking on an empty stomach. I know some of the frequent flyers will have some great suggestions for crawling and hang over tips too. Have fun and stay safe. I am looking forward to meeting lot's of new Tikiphiles!!!

We are really starting to look forward to this event and we want to experience the entire 'Tiki O' experience. We do have a few 'guides' to show us the way, but we are happy to take any advice we can. We are looking forward to meeting as many folks as we can.

My husband and I plan on attending the room crawl for sure! This is our 4th year attending Tiki Oasis and we are also discussing hosting one of the days. I have started checking old posts to see where there is a wealth of information on hosting a room crawl so we are prepared. I look forward to seeing you all if we are crazy enough to do it! :)
