Was busy this past weekend working on the tiki room in preparation for the upcoming SD Crawl. Ive got a bunch of tiki related books (like many of you) and had no place to put them in my tiki room.

Measured out a space where the shelf would fit and started adding some Monkeyman style.

This is 1x12 pine shelving.

Routed a semi Marquesan Design on the top and bottom

Painted and Stained

Upholstered Side Panels.... I think it needs a little something extra. Kinda plain

Repro Vintage Postcards under bartop resin so that people can put drinks on it and not worry about it.

Sweet bookcase. Love the detailing and the added bartop is a great idea. Always nice to have extra places to sit a cocktail.
