Was busy this past weekend working on the tiki room in preparation for the upcoming SD Crawl. Ive got a bunch of tiki related books (like many of you) and had no place to put them in my tiki room. Measured out a space where the shelf would fit and started adding some Monkeyman style. This is 1x12 pine shelving. Routed a semi Marquesan Design on the top and bottom Painted and Stained Upholstered Side Panels.... I think it needs a little something extra. Kinda plain Repro Vintage Postcards under bartop resin so that people can put drinks on it and not worry about it. |

Sweet bookcase. Love the detailing and the added bartop is a great idea. Always nice to have extra places to sit a cocktail. |

Very nice! I just started using the router and am always looking for ideas. Might need some sort of bookshelf for our "Gator Hut" that work is starting on. Thanks for sharing. |
