As I mentioned before Crazy Al will be on grounds helping M.C. the show so I can enjoy a little one on one time with my friends or Tiki.

Also,Tonga Hut will be on grounds as our Main Bar and Sponsor serving some of there specialized drinks.

Also,Shag Store just signed on as a Sponsor and will be on grounds with an art show and releasing some exclusive shag swag for the Caliente weekend.

We go public on Jan 21st at 10a.m. so be ready to pull the trigger. The Travel Lodge and the Host Hotel will sell out quickly. The Royal Sun Hotel next door will be our overflow and sister hotel for the event and will be the next hotel to go on sale. (Around Feb 15th) the is a very cool hotel in it's own right and the packages will save you some scratch too..... Individual wristbands will only go on sale if we have some space left after March 15th......not to exceed 500 people in total.

We don't claim to be the BIGGEST only the BEST!!!!!!!!

I'm going on a limb here and gotta say - Looking REALLY forward to being able to listen to the bands while floating in the pool like last year. Glad to see the Martini Kings are performing! Plus, the return of the Hula Girls!! Woot and double woot!

We are 24 hours away from the General Sales for this May's Tiki Caliente 4 Event. A couple quick notes below that might make your stay and transactions smoother and more enjoyable for you.

When you book your room/wristband package Saturday morning at http://www.tiki-caliente.com please know the following
(the sooner you book the closer to get to the action)

1.The Double Queen rooms left have a greater view and are closer to the action then the single Kings at this point. So if your on the fence Go DOUBLE QUEEN.
2. GET THE ON GROUND EVENT MUG. (We have created a special glaze for the people staying on grounds) It is limited to 1 per person and gone when gone.
3. Add extra wristbands when you book. When you book your room you will have the ability to add extra wristbands. Please do so if you know you will have more then 2 people in your room. (Kid's under 18 are free) If we get to 500 people I will not sell more wristbands for add on's to your room.
4. You can add on Thursday or Sunday too. Right now we have entertainment lined up for Sunday night,but please be assured there are enough people on grounds both nights to make it an intimate and enjoyable add on.
5. Don't wait to long to lock in. When the Travel Lodge get's close to selling out i will open up sales for the sister site (Royal Sun) which is in the same parking lot and will save you a couple of bucks. If they both sell out,general wristband sales may NOT take place.

Thank you to everyone who booked there packages today. It is always good to see some first time Caliente friends.
Rooms and Vending spot's filled up pretty quickly,We will continue selling the on Ground room/wristband packages till they sell out.

Sometime around Feb 15th we will start booking packages for the sister hotel (Royal Sun) for people want to stay off site and save a couple bucks.

Does it come with the level? A built-in level on mugs might be very a handy device several hours into the room crawl (it always helps to know which way is up at that point)!

The Royal Sun (Sister Motel) will go on sale February 18th and Wristbands will go on Sale March 3rd.

When the Wristbands go on sale March 3rd it will be a limited number of 50 for the price of $42.00 Each.

This will give you all access to the Bar/Bands/D.J./Food/Room Crawl (If host allows it)

It Do's Not give you access to the pool. The pool is for on ground guest Only.

After those 50 wristbands Sell we may release some closer to the date at a higher price point,but we will NOT exceed 500 people.

Really looking forward to Tiki Caliente again this year. #4 is shaping up to be the biggest and best one yet, so great to see how it has grown from #1 back in 2008...or was it 2007?

I'm looking to get the event poster artwork done next month and until then I still have some limited edition event posters available from years past.

Saturday we will be releasing sales for our sister (OverFlow) Motel Royal Sun. This Motel is right next door to the Event and the rooms will be the closest to the Travel Lodge.

These Rooms will be Sold as packages of King Rooms with 1 wristband (Can Add another) and Double Queens with 2 Wristbands (Can add another 2 wristbands)

These packages will give you access to all parts of the event at the travel lodge....BUT No continental Breakfast from Travel Lodge,NO swimming in the Travel Lodge pool.

Also, If you are Planning on booking an on grounds room please do so soon...ONLY 17 Rooms Left

On March 3rd deposits will be taken for individual wristbands. Only 50 Deposits will be taken for $1 each. This will hold a wristband for you at the lobby.
When you show up you will need to pay $40 Cash to receive your wristband.

This is the best way to control the price from not going up and to not make people pay for a wristband and then loosing the cost if they can not make it at the last moment.
