did I said that this pole is soooo coooool, I always liked the style of these totem poles, they aged really nice and the cuts are beautiful, again great job. |

Thanks Bowana and benella for the drop buy. Tall Lono with 1 coat of the Basement Kahunas mix of tar mineral spirits and jap dryer. I think i suck at this finish work. |

Looks good from here! I've been wanting to play with that tar & mineral spirits recipe but haven't had the chance. I expect it to be a little darker, but looks great! |

wow seeks, it's really terrible. if gman can't find a place to hide it i have an out of the way spot in my backyard overlooking everything that i can stash him in. he looks great and the tar stain will look great when you finish up with him. back in the 70's you could have put him in the water in galveston and the tar balls would have stained him beautifully. back then everyone carried a can of wd40 in their car to clean up for the ride home. great job seeks. bd |
