Hey Skip I know how you have been spending big bucks to get holes but why aren't people or even you just buying those garden globes with the hole / tunnel already there. Plus they all come in cool colors already. |

Here is the absolutely awesome light I bought from Tikiskip at last weekends Festiki event: This baby completely tranformed our gazebo. The hook is perfect for the job. I just have a simple dept. store gazebo, but the atmoshpere at night is much, much nicer now. Thanks so much Tikiskip!! |

Skip - Love the Sailors Jerry work. My friend makes lamps out of empty alcohol bottles and used one with a paper label. There is this sray can he purchased at Home Depot or a craft store that "fogs" the glass, making it cloudy so you can't see the wiring he runs through the bottle but clear enough to see the label. The biggest problem he runs into is drilling out the bottom of the bottle without breaking the glass. He uses a special bit but has broken plenty of bottles doing so. I'm looking to make one out of a Sailors Jerry bottle soon so I'll keep you posted. -PutiTiki |

Skip I've been looking at your balls and I think you have some of the nicest balls on TikiCentral. But I really think that you netted is superbe where the netting trails up higher than I've seen anywhere else. I have even seen a vintage float the other day that had easy to do netting that is easy but no one has done before. I wish I could pick your brain about them though. ~teaKEY  |

I'll take a guess at how the chain was made. Soak? Then start with a loop, next keep going around the loop by twisting around and around and around. Next twist around the loop for a third time, Tuck the loose in into the fold of the twist. Now you have one link. Just my guess. |
