Great trip

Back on the diet!!!

I knew you two were out having fun someplace! Oahu, wow. Great photos. Love the sand sculptures. Many years ago, it was hard to find a tiki in a hotel or restaurant. It was as if the islands were not too cool for them. I love seeing that they have made a comeback.

Did you stay in more than one hotel? What was the name of the one close to Diamond Head? Are you going to show any meal photos (my favorite)? Not a single photo of SPAM!

We saw the Ink Spots at the Sheridan Hotel. Right after they started passing away. They were very old men. Fun you saw Rob S..

It was really fun seeing you with the feet!!!

Cheers, Wendy

Aloha Wendy

Nope, stayed at the Sheraton only, love their pool.

That is a stunning photo of the pool. I think we need to stay there. We are on the one meal a day lifestyle and it's working really well for us. But we also have Sees candy every day as a treat followed by 1 Tootsie Roll Pop. You have drinks we have candy. We are on schedule for our weight loss. This is month 24 for us.

If you have more photos, I hope you post them. Did you do the Zebra?

Yup

A Yinzer is a term for a person from the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area, stemming from the local dialect word "yinz" (meaning "you all" or "y'all"), and embodies the city's blue-collar heritage, strong community spirit, and love for local sports (Steelers, Pirates, Penguins). While it was once potentially derogatory for working-class folks, it's now a term of endearment and a badge of honor for lifelong Pittsburghers or anyone deeply connected to the city's unique culture and slang.

Did you make it for a friend or brother?

🤔

Still keto

Ribeye is my favorite
