CJ- thanks, it is smoooooth for now, but when this stuff gets dry, it's not so smooth... Base paint... Wish I could have put this thing on a bench... tough carving and painting sitting on the groung... Base done... now for the top...
P pjc5150 Member Tampa, FL Joined: Jun 01, 2009 Posts: 2379	P pjc5150 Posted posted on 02/05/2013 hey bro, in my very humble opinion, you're on the right track here with the tribal style detailing on the base...just take it a step further...there's still a lot of blank space down there... sometimes I like a little reference material when I'm "detailing" like this...and here's one from my reference file to show you what I mean...fill some of that blank space on the base and it will really pop...

Note: I have a bunch of tattoos saved on my computer, so some designs by great Ink Masters. :)
