I ran out of my favorite color finish & have been using other colors but I keep thinking i don't like them as much as I like Sedona Red. So I made a point to get a can & yes I like it better too.

I would tell you guys but I usually have to kill you after I tell you since it'd a secrete. In some circles they call it antiquing. but with black. Use water based black fo finnish stuff. Put it on liberally I wipe it off with a wet rag. It lay's in the cracks & crevices. you can't see it but it makes every thing pop. I guess it's out there now.

I've also seen it done with burnt sienna and mineral spirits. I'm worried that palm doesn't that smooth, and I won't be able to wipe it off properly. Maybe after a coat of urethane I can do a pass like that then another coat of urethane to seal it.
