It's 37" tall, and going to The Golden Tiki, a new place in Vegas. I finally learned that you have to do a lot of sanding if you want the grain to shine.

I did several carvings for Max’s South Seas Hideaway, this is two of them. Put out an LP of my music. :P :P :P A look into my carving shack. Inside the shack, finishing a piece. Everything shown is out of Monkeypod, it’s what I mostly carve. I also use Koa, coconut, Lychee, and Milo. Wood splits, and if it goes to a drier climate, the odds of splitting go up. That said, without seeing it, I would say try getting some wood glue into the split, that can keep it from progressing. If you want, message me a pic of it and maybe I can give better advice.
