Anybody? Seriously does someone have a picture of what this looks like whole?

What a great tiki! Does he have any history behind him? He seems to be quite the weathered fellow! :)

T

Dealer said he was bought from someone in Florida and he had it a while didn't know a lot about it. I found it in Maine & bought it pretty cheap. Was so excited to see something like it in Maine that I hardly asked any questions. But he can only stand on his head so I would like to see how he originally looked so I can have a friend build something for him.

is he flat on the back ? could he have hung on the wall?
need some 360 pics

opps ,never mind ,see them now one page back.

Beth,

If I had to guess, I think it was a lamp and probably was attached to a square wood base. What does the bottom look like? Two of the three lamps I have are attached to square blocks of wood.

Never seen that particular one, nice find!

PTD

this is in Tiki finds but heres a few extra photos - the brown dogs name is TIKI:
For TD these were found in Westchester county NY they were the new owners Uncles' - he did not have the matching bar :)

Yes! We got 'em, but have no idea who or where they're from. My guess is carved in the Phillipines?

We picked this up last weekend at a local flea market for a song!

Anybody got any info on this bad boy, Keigs, Sven?

Nice find on the lamp! These I picked up today and three more next Sunday...

I call this my "Cowl" cuz it looks like someone started to carve and owl and ended up with a cat?

Different "Cat".

A Witco "Sword", about 4' long!

Score! PTD, great finds.

Cool wanna-be Witco wall hangings

Just found today in a DAV thrift store- Witco Matador.

Picked this guy up Friday. Just about 3 feet tall.
Is it Witco?

Yah, Vitco I vould say. The face on the back is most unusual, these usually were just one-sided Moai carvings.

Kool! Vorth the $160.00 I paid for him, yah?

You know if I could SEE the damn thing I would have a better idea, but photographing a vertical object horizontally, as well as a dark object against white walls, is somewhat detrimental to detail reception. :)

BigBro you're a tough crowd! Can't you tell I'm an amateur? What should I do to improve the quality of the pics?
