The Below Decks Tiki-Ella! (I haven't perfected this one yet.)

I

I am a lucky dude. My friend has decided to let me experience the difference between the current ZACAPA 23 and the one prior to the Solara. OMG nowhere near the same. I will travel the world to find a stash of this!

The Below Decks Angel's Flight!

Made a double batch of Rum Barrels using Hurricane Hayward’s recipe. Tried Hispanolia rum as the dark. Very tasty.

After having conversations about both Aviation Gin and Maraschino yesterday, I was craving a Last Word. So I made one.

The Below Decks Sin Cyn!

H

Ruben's Sapphire gin martini with a side car and a Bloody Mary with extra horseradish on the side at Musso's.

A pitcher of home made Sangria.
Cheers

It's the traditional equal parts recipe. I like 'em large, so:
1 oz Gin (I used Aviation)
1 oz Maraschino liqueur
1 oz Green Chartreuse
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

The Below Decks Ready Aim Fire!

It was the hour of the Daiquiri last night as we watched Our Man In Havana and tried to keep pace.

Round one: Good ole Rev. Stiggins

Round two: Mai Kai's Banana Daiquiri

Round three: The Floridita
