Looks like that end of the bar is just illuminated more. The rums might be the same color. Still, I'm interested to know what goes in to them and what your new Navy Grog recipe is. Care to enlighten Sir Hayward?

The Golden Atoll, an original variation on the Daiquiri

2 oz gold Barbados rum
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz ginger syrup
1/4 oz cinnamon syrup
1 dash orange bitters

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a mint leaf.

Another original cocktail, Heyerdahl's Anchor (Name courtesy Tiki Bar Name Generator)

1 oz spiced rum
3/4 oz gold Jamaican rum
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/4 oz lime juice
1/4 oz honey syrup
1/4 oz simple syrup
1 dash orange bitters
1 dash pastis

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime peel.

Had me an Ernest's Daiquiri. Recently the Disneyland Resort as a whole has dropped Myers's Platinum rum as their well rum and replaced it with Don Q Cristal which is a nice upgrade. The recipe above calls for Bacardi, so I have them swap the Bacardi for Don Q for a better daiquiri. Delicious. :)

Tiki Sunrise. I put in a buttload of artisanal grenadine in it but it didn't really get the graduated color. Guess I should have used the cheap Rose's stuff with all the food coloring :lol:
