Last night I tried a drink called "Honeymusk" I found on Kindred cocktails. I had just finished making some pineapple gomme syrup and was anxious to try it in a cocktail. The rest of the ingredients looked interesting as well. Overall, a good cocktail, but for some reason the pineapple got a little lost and I began to taste honey syrup instead of pineapple (perhaps this explains the name). Ingredients |
