I found several recipes online so I surprised them with one of these. Happy St Paddy’s all!

I read this with great interest. I bought the ingredients to make the infused rum, but now I may scale back to just a half batch. I'll look at the recipe again and see what it says about refrigeration, etc. I'm curious even more now, gotta try this. (Wish I had more time. I'm getting killed working a kitchen/bath remodel, have very little free time right now. Good thing I can read and post from work! hahaha...)

A delightful "Paper Plane" made with Eagle Rare bourbon. 1 oz bourbon, preferably around 45% ABV. 1 oz amaro, whatever amaro you have handy. 1 oz aperol 1 oz lemon juice If your coupe glasses are on the smallish side, you can drop down to .75 oz for each ingredient. Shake with ice, but don't over-dilute unless personal preference finds the drink tastes more Aperol-ish than you like. Then strain into a coupe glass and enjoy. Must make another one... A very nice sipping cocktail! Oh so good... DAMN GOOD!
