Been slim pickings, lately. Here's what I've managed to find. Spent a night hanging out at my buddy's garage & just as I was leaving, he handed me these:

Picked up this Luau Hut Petroglyph mug at a local antique mall:

Not a ton of Tiki today, just a few swizzles & some LPs(posted in Show Us Your Record Collection). I also made a coupla posts in Beyond Tiki Finds.

The best of the bunch include: The Honolulu, Kauai Surf, Four Corners, Mai Kai-Chelmsford, MA, Singapore, Dan Chan, Double Dragon, Aloha Airline, Kona Surf & Hiiltop Steak House.

more neato that washed ashone in Edmonton

Rescued this TV treasure yesterday... I sure hope it's old, because I paid too much for it. Does a concave bottom indicate it's old? Ah well, it's in too good of shape to be.

It is vintage, Ooga Mooga price average of $28.70. Nice score!

Thanks PTD! I paid $28.50 for it, so I'm ahead! :)

Just to prove Tikiville isn't the only one out there hunting in this city, here are my recent finds:

Unmarked, possibly homemade Ku S&P's; 3-faced bucket mug, no sticker or restaurant designation which is typical of what we find up here; and old cognac bottle made to look like a float - Hey, Tikiville, didn't you find one like this earlier in the summer? Tiki or not: debatable...

Scored a westwoody today at Goodwill!

Besides the albums posted in Tiki Music earlier, here are today's finds...

Moai and outrigger pinback pin from the Aloha Festivals 2001 from Back of Hawaii and American Express.

Two of the longer Trader Vic's tiki/paddle swizzles.

Matchbook from Kauai Surf.

Matchbook from a place called Johnny Christmas' Hawaiian Hut, 2400 W. Capitol West Sacramento. Never knew this was there!

Matchbook from New Minnies Modesto. Another one I didn't have.

Tepco Skull mug with a little ding, gives it some character!

Trade Winds Oxnard ashtray from Restaurant Row!

Drinking glass from Inter-Island Resorts.

Later,

PTD
